GALENIC PRODUCTS FOR GASTROENTEROLOGICAL USE

In our apothecary practice we produce:

Laxative suppositories:

Suppositoria gliceroli 2 gram for adults and 1 gram for children, Antihaemorrhoidal suppositories with the St.John's Wort oil (Hypericum perforatum), as well as horse chestnut extract (Aesculus Hippocastanum),

Yarrow extract (Achilea millefolium), or combination of ten medicinal herbs.

For dispeptic complaints we produce:

Mixtura antacida: Bismuti subnitras

45 g, Natrii citras 45 g, Aetheroleum cinnamomi III gtt, aqua destillata 125 g.

PEPPERMINT CARAWAY

Essential oils of Peppermint and Caraway alleviate symptoms of dyspepsia (stomachache, belching, heartburn, flatulence, vomiting), and also help expelling gas from the intestines (carminative), and promotes the discharge of bile (cholagogue), reduce the inflammation, and stomach cramps (antispasmodics), alleviate symptoms of the irritable bowel sindrome.
